Notice:  Please be aware that we are experiencing unusually long hold times due to high Obamacare enrollment and issues stemming from the crash of the healthcare.gov website.  It is our goal to provide you with superior customer service, so please read below for helpful tips and answers to our Members’ most frequently asked questions.

  • After I make my first payment, how long should it take for my coverage to be active?
It can take up to 72 hours once your payment posts for your plan to become active in our system. However, once your payment has processed and been applied to your account, your original coverage effective date will remain the same.
  • Can I make my premium payments through the website?
Yes, simply click “Need to make your first payment?” on the right side of this page. Then, scroll down to “e-Pay” and if you are enrolled in an Obamacare plan, select “Qualified Health Plans” to set up an account to use monthly. Please note that you must have an Identification number assigned to use this methods.
  • I have not received my ID cards in the mail yet.  How can I get a temporary card to see my doctor or present at the pharmacy?
From the time you make your premium payment, it can take 7-10 business days to receive your ID card.  If you need a copy of your card before then, click “Log into MyBenefits” on the upper right side of this page.  Click to “register as a Member”, accept the Term and Conditions and you can begin setting up your online access.  You will need your 11 digit Member number and date of birth.  You will select “Print ID Card”, then “Preview” and print the temporary card.
  • Can I find out about my benefits on line?
Yes.  You can find a Summary of Benefits for your plan online by clicking “Select a health plan” in the upper left corner of this page, then click on your type of plan.   Click “Summaries of Benefits and Coverage” on the left sidebar and then select your plan type.  Summaries are available in English & Spanish.
